Recap and upcoming screenings
Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for your excitement about my documentary and for following the journey of putting it together over the past few months! May, June, and July were busy months traveling around the US seeing family and hosting initial screenings. Here are photos from our screenings in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Hong Kong, and Ottawa. 1) Tell others about our next screening

2) Request/host a screening
Do you know churches or other communities that would like to screen the film? We can set up in-person screenings in Hong Kong or online/hybrid screenings for anywhere else. Share this link with others and have them fill out our interest form: migrantwomenrise.com/interest
3) Follow us on social media
Follow Migrant Women Rise on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay updated on upcoming screenings and other news related to the film.
Also, follow Hong Kong Campaign For Human Rights and Peace in the Philippines (HKCAHRPP) on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay updated on the current human rights situation in the Philippines and for information about upcoming events. We have HKCAHRPP events (online and in-person) planned for August and September, so in my next update I will share that info as well.
Thank you again for following me along this journey! I hope this film is just one step in building solidarity with Filipino migrants here in Hong Kong and with all those facing human rights violations in the Philippines and around the world.
